Pactimo was growing its presence as a performance cycling apparel brand and needed a stronger, more cohesive creative identity across customer touchpoints.

My role focused on building and executing the visual and storytelling systems that supported product launches, seasonal campaigns, ambassador initiatives, and ongoing brand marketing.

This work took place during COVID, when digital creative became even more central to how brands connected with their audiences and drove momentum.

RESULTS

Approach

The work was approached as an integrated brand production system rather than isolated shoots or campaigns. Creative direction centered on aligning product storytelling, athlete and ambassador content, and campaign visuals into a more consistent brand language across channels. This meant producing photography and video that could serve multiple functions at once, from ecommerce and digital marketing to retail, PR, and community-facing brand storytelling. A major part of the role was balancing speed and output with consistency, ensuring Pactimo could maintain strong creative presence while continuing to grow through a highly disrupted market period.

Led and executed a wide range of creative output across the brand, including:
- Seasonal product launch campaigns
- Photography and video production for all marketing channels
- Creative assets for web and retail
- Ambassador and athlete content
- Brand visuals supporting digital marketing and PR initiatives

Worked across concepting, shoot planning, production, editing, and rollout to ensure a consistent visual identity across the business.
